We want you to love your Vytal Smart Ring. If it's not for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives.
How to start a return
Email vytalwearable@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Return conditions
- Request your return within 30 days of delivery.
- The ring must be in original condition and packaging, with the magnetic charger and any included accessories.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email vytalwearable@gmail.com.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it's in original condition.
